I am a certified birth doula and a postpartum doula. I support families through pregnancy and birth and then I help families after the birth of their babies navigate the first months. I provide emotional, physical and educational support, making sure my clients have all the information they need to make informed choices about their births and their babies. I also teach breastfeeding and newborn classes at Belly Bliss in Denver. I am a CAPPA faculty member, teaching others how to become certified Postpartum doulas. I work throughout the metro Denver area.
