I became a doula because of my love of supporting physiological birth. As a birth doula, I attend birth in all settings. I truly believe birth is sacred and hold that reverence when entering the space. When working as a postpartum doula, I love helping new parents get as much sleep as possible and are well nourished.

My philosophy as a doula is that every birthing person deserves evidence-based information, emotional support and comfort measures. Empowered birthing people are confident going into labor and that is key to having an optimal experience.
