I am a fully trained Childbirth Doula with DONA international and am in the process of completing my certification. I have been a doula for almost a year and specialize in enthusiastic, uplifting, and empowering support throughout the prenatal and delivery process. My goal is to use evidence-based informational support to empower you to not only advocate for yourself but also achieve the most fulfilling birth experience possible. I believe that birth connects us to the past and secures the amazing opportunities in the future, allowing us to draw on all the strength and wisdom of the millions of people who have given birth before us.
