Being a huge promoter of prenatal psychology, my passion is to share information and tools with families, as evidence has shown dramatically positive outcomes in birth, lactation, attachment, development, when prenatal bonding is applied.
A little about me
I was born and raised in Panama, and with a North American and a Panamanian parents, I bring with me a taste of multicultural integration. Being Certified as a Labor and Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, and Infant Massage Instructor, extensively trained in infant sleep, and presently certifying in Prenatal Psychology, I bring a combination of knowledge and experience in supporting parents with connecting with their baby prenatally.
I guide families understanding the birth process, knowing now that the birth experience has a big impact on how our life unfolds and who we are. To recognize the transitions into parenthood, to navigate postpartum recovery aiming for no regrets, boosting lactation & breast and chestfeeding support, tips and tricks for less cry and more sleep, early brain development, and discipline with consciousness.
I am based out of Colorado, although I go all over the country assisting families and supporting virtually as well.
