I provide doula services and Spinning Babies ® parent classes. Spinning Babies is a hands-on physiological approach to childbirth education. Families learn easy techniques and exercises to decrease pain in pregnancy and labor, shorten labor times, and provide room within the mom's body to help the baby navigate into position for birth.
